Created from two thick slices of onyx, hollowed out to construct concave circles, forming a hollow for the bulb. The two sides are expertly connected with smooth, almost invisible seams, creating a sleek profile of 4 - 5 inches thick and a diameter of 14.5 inches.

The organic form and natural stone bring nature indoors. Ideal for halls, dark spots and adding a warm ambiance to any room. Unlit, the lamp has a clean, simple, modern, sculptural presence.

Onyx is a variety of the silicate mineral chalcedony. The variations in color are layers of chalcedony.
