Shipping Information

Prices include shipping and insurance.

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after we receive payment.

We use USPS and FedEx for most items.

Please inquire to get a shipping quote for outside of the U.S.,

 

Returns & Exchanges

You can buy with confidence. We guarantee every item to be authentic and accurately described as pictured.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@morganoakesgallery.com, and we will gladly issue a store credit, exchange, or refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as when sold and in its original packaging. Shipping and any fees incurred are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returned packages must be insured.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and keep the packaging. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so that we can process a refund with the carrier.

In certain cases, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for returned items.

All merchandise purchased on sale or “as-is” is considered a final sale.

Made-to-order items including custom bases and restoration are non-refundable.
