Our Story
In 1987, the creation of Other Options Design began our up-close and personal immersion into the world of (mainly) tribal art and creativity that informs our taste and enriches our lives daily. Our clients’ enthusiasm was contagious and before long we started collecting, which lead to a retail location. Our business continues to evolve, as we are drawn to the beauty of nature and inspired by man’s imagination, resourcefulness, and creativity.
Early in 2018, we moved from our original Hayes Valley location into the Custer Avenue Galleries building, located in the Islais Creek neighborhood (South of Potrero Hill) in San Francisco’s central waterfront.
All works of art are guaranteed to be authentic and accurately described.
