This example was originally part of a large geode. The specimen has large sparkling crystals, good color, and undulates somewhat, adding movement to the piece. resulting in a less static crystal. The amethyst is custom-mounted horizontally on a walnut base for use as a centerpiece on a tabletop or for display on a credenza.
